PHASE 1:
DISCOVERY & CONSULTATION
Our journey begins by listening. We meet with you to explore your vision, goals, and functional needs for your commercial or residential space. Whether it’s a new construction project in all south east or a full interior renovation, this initial consultation allows us to define the project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring we are aligned from day one.
PHASE 2:
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & CONCEPTUALIZATION
This is where your vision takes shape. Our team applies a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary approach to create initial concepts, spatial plans, and material palettes. We ask ourselves, “Why not?”—exploring creative solutions at the intersection of art and functionality. We present detailed floor plans, mood boards, and renderings to help you visualize your new interior and exterior space.
PHASE 3:
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
Once the design is approved, our in-house procurement team leverages its extensive network to manage all sourcing, bidding, and purchasing all what you need to bring your dream project to live. We handle the complex logistics for your Georgia-based project, ensuring every item meets our exacting standards for quality and aligns with the design intent.
PHASE 4:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
Our team manages the final phase with meticulous attention to detail. We coordinate with all vendors and trades, oversee the full installation, and add the final styling touches. We are on-site at your Atlanta property to ensure a seamless execution, transforming the design concept into a beautiful, functional reality.
